Alona Tal

 Alona Tal, an Israeli American actor and singer was born on 20th October 1983 in Herzliya. After serving in the Israeli Defense Forces, she started her career. In 2003, she starred in an Israeli film. This was her big break. She was also a part of two Israeli television series at the time. She also tried her hand at recording songs along with Subliminal who is an Israeli rapper. Tal moved in with her sister in New York to take a time out from her work. She was a part of Wyclef Jean's band who is one of the Haitian artist who sang "Party to Damascus". American television was also where she established herself. Her first film role was a regular one on the show Veronica Mars. Tal later snagged an regular spot in the short-lived CBS series. Prior to shifting to New York, Tal starred in two Israeli television programs. Wyclef Jean was her singing partner. Hebrew is her mother tongue. She came in second for the role of Veronica Mars (2004). Thomas loved her so much, he made the role of Meg Manning for her. She was a member of the Israel Defense Forces. Both of her parents are Jewish - her father is Jewish/Turkish, and her mother Polish/Jewish. Plays the role of Adrian Monk's daughter in the episode that aired last night. Her father is Turkish/Jewish and her mother is Polish/Jewish.
