Aaron Jeffery

Logie Award-winning New Zealand actor Aaron C. Jeffery is from Australia. He is well-known for his role as Terry Watson in Water Rats as well as Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters as well as Matt "Fletch" Fletcher in Wentworth. Jeffery was born in Auckland's Howick and then relocated to Australia when he was 17 years old. He studied acting at NIDA. He graduated from NIDA in 1993, and began his television career with the children's show Ship to Shore. Jeffery is best known for his performance in McLeod's Daughters as Alex Ryan. He left the show in the year 2008. The actor was also a part of the third season of New Zealand drama Outrageous Fortune. Jeffery played Frank in Underbelly: Badness. On the 22nd of June it was the day he finished filming. Three days later the news was made public that Jeffery had joined the crew of Neighbours as Bradley Fox for two months. In October, it was revealed that Jeffery had been assigned as a corrections officer in the TV series Wentworth. He was also featured in the Bevan Lee series Between Two Worlds for the Seven Network. The show was announced in April 2021 that Jeffery would be appearing on the Netflix thriller series Pieces of Her. The show is inspired by the Karin Slaughter novel. Jeffery's role on McLeod’s Daughters earned him the Silver Logie in 2007 and 2004.
